Americans do not shed their right to privacy or other constitutional rights merely by entering an airport in order to board a plane. Certainly, no American should be subjected to a virtual strip search or excessive groping of the body, or have their underage children touched intimately by strangers as a matter of course in boarding an airplane when there is no suspicion of wrongdoing. Unfortunately, in both word and deed, the Transportation Security Administration TSA operates as if members of the public—and their children—have no rights and no defense against the agency and its employees even if an agent assaults them, wrongfully detains them, or fabricates criminal charges against them.

No complaints were filed and the father was standing by his son for the entire procedure," the TSA wrote. The TSA has recently become sensitive to criticism of its new airport security screening measures, that contain in some instances pat-downs and full-body scans, in the face of widespread public criticism and pressure from lawmakers on Capitol Hill. Video of the boy was posted on the Drudge Report and other blogs, and people believed that a TSA officer had removed his shirt, a fact bluntly acknowledged by the agency.
A disturbing video surfaced on Friday night showing what appears to be a TSA agent strip searching a young boy, with his father standing nearby. The video, which was uploaded to Youtube, was filmed while a boy was randomly selected to undergo a random security check. The enraged father pulled his son shirt off and gave it to the TSA agent to search, thats when this video begins. I understand the need for security, but this is such overkill.
Yes, isn't it ridiculous that some people here think that terrorism is a threat and that terrorists can be ruthless creatures who will use innocents to carry their materials through security or even to detonate them? I, for one, want to be sure to make it clear to terrorists that we will not check certain people too carefully. This is what happens when people elect a Marxist bastard as their leader.
By Dr. Poor little guy. After I finished videotaping the incident I went through the check point myself.
By acidhead, November 21, in United States and the Americas. Notice how offended the PTA crowd gets when someone has a different opinion than they do? And they get so upset they can not even focus on the topic?

This is getting way out of hand: The TSA wanted to pat down this little boy, who first went through the metal detector without setting it off. Here's what happened, as told by the person who filmed this video [Updated]. Before the video started the boy went through a metal detector and, while he didn't set it off, he was selected for a pat down.
